The property is a small 300 acre (120ha) well irrigated, sheltered site, protected from prevailing weather. All pastures are improved and well fertilised.

Regular and consistent weight gain is the objective and principal consideration to achieve the appropriate weight at joining and to calve down at a weight to maximise milking potential.

We provide consistent oversight and management of stock with attention to herd health and regular monthly weight checks to maintain consistent growth.
Management
Dr Owen Powell is the principal property manager. He has a doctorate in environmental geography and water conservation and management. He is farm raised with an enduring interest on stock and stock management.
